With 18 years of experience working across youth clubs, supported housing, schools, alternative provision, and in the youth charity sector, I have dedicated my career to supporting young people through a trauma-responsive lens. For the past six years, I have managed an impactful schools project, bridging the gap between youth work and education to provide vital support for primary and secondary students facing significant challenges. As a qualified trauma practitioner, I work individually with children navigating complex trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).
My work extends to empowering the adults who shape their lives. I provide specialist training for schools on trauma awareness, meaningful engagement, and navigating difficult conversations, alongside my roles in behaviour consultancy and parental advocacy. By fostering strong partnerships between community services, educational settings, and young people I ensure a holistic support network for every child. Whether I am working 1:1 or advising leadership, my goal is to create safe, nurturing environments where every young person can thrive.
